I believe every client brings a unique story, which is why I don't believe in a single, rigid model of therapy. Instead, I blend empathy, warmth, humor, and kindness with practical strategies to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
As a self-proclaimed nerd, I love role-playing games, card games, and creative storytelling. I frequently bring these personal passions into our clinical work, incorporating elements of play, creativity, and your own personal interests into our sessions. I love finding innovative ways to make complex therapeutic concepts highly accessible, engaging, and deeply meaningful for you.
In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as an instructional and interactive learning designer for online graduate healthcare programs. In this role, I design educational experiences rooted in user experience, accessibility, and trauma-responsive design. This unique combination of clinical and educational expertise fuels my thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to therapy.

Before entering private practice, I spent years working in specialized nonprofit settings supporting children, adolescents, and adults. My extensive background includes providing trauma therapy at:
A residential facility for unaccompanied children.
A rape crisis center supporting survivors of sexual violence and trafficking.
I have worked with clients ranging from early childhood through late adulthood, giving me deep experience in supporting individuals impacted by acute and developmental trauma.
