About Bailey

Bailey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. Her approach combines empathy, warmth, humor, and kindness with practical strategies, new perspectives, and collaborative problem-solving to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.

Her work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, cognitive and behavioral approaches, and trauma-responsive care. Rather than relying on a single model, Bailey tailors treatment to each client's unique experiences, strengths, and needs.

A self-proclaimed nerd, Bailey enjoys role-playing games, card games, and other forms of creative storytelling. She often incorporates elements of play, creativity, and clients' personal interests into therapy when appropriate, helping create engaging and meaningful therapeutic experiences. She has a particular appreciation for finding innovative ways to connect with clients and make therapeutic concepts more accessible.

Before entering private practice, Bailey worked in nonprofit settings supporting children and adolescents, including a residential facility for unaccompanied children and a rape crisis center providing trauma therapy to survivors of sexual violence and trafficking. She has worked with clients ranging from early childhood through late adulthood and has extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma.

In addition to her clinical work, Bailey serves as an instructional and interactive learning designer for online graduate healthcare programs. In this role, she develops educational experiences informed by principles of trauma-responsive design, accessibility, and user experience. This unique combination of clinical and educational expertise contributes to her thoughtful, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to therapy.
